Hao Yuan Top Bid For Bernam Street Land Parcel At $441 mil

Hao Yuan Investment, a Chinese developer had top bid Bernam Street site at Government Land Sales programme at$441 million. The developer is  collaborating with MCC Land (Singapore) Limited to develop this residential site that potential built up to 351 apartment units. The site is a 99-years leasehold site located in the prime of Central Business District, Tanjong Pagar.
